Community Initiative Group was formed in July 2022 to service individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, and other mental health disorders. Our Services are all individual and family-based, meaning they are tailored to meet the needs of the individual we serve. Our services are through community waiver homes and behavioral support through evidence-based practice.
